WCAMS (West Coast Amateur Musicians Society), a BC-based organization runs an annual summer music camp for adults and families. In 2015 a fundraising campaign was launched to build an Endowment Fund to fund the Scholarship and Bursary program in perpetuity. This film celebrates the success of the campaign in surpassing its goal.
